4. Subscriptions & Payment Data
4.1. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Calories Tracker offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Monthly Premium: Billed monthly, auto-renews every month
- Yearly Premium: Billed annually, auto-renews every year
- Lifetime Premium: One-time purchase, no renewal
4.2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, bank details). Payment data is managed entirely by the respective platform.
4.3. Subscription Management
- Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:
- Google Firebase: Storage and authentication (GDPR compliant)
- Google Gemini AI: Food image analysis
- Legal authorities: When required by law
