1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Calories Tracker application ("App"), you agree to comply with these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Calories Tracker is an app that helps you:

Track daily calories and nutrition
Analyze food images using AI
Set and track weight goals
View nutrition statistics and reports

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration

You can register with email or Google account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Keeping your account and password secure
Reporting unauthorized access

3.2. Guest Mode

You can use the App without registration. However, data will only be stored locally and not synced.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and source code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or analyze the source code
Use trademarks without permission

5. User Content

When uploading images or content, you:

Retain ownership of your content
Grant us license to use it for providing services
Ensure it doesn't violate third-party rights

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App to:

Violate laws or regulations
Infringe on others' privacy
Upload illegal or harmful content
Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
Create multiple accounts for abuse

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

Accuracy of AI analysis
Health decisions based on App data
Data loss due to technical errors
Indirect or consequential damages

Important: Always consult a doctor or nutritionist before changing your diet.

8. Premium Subscription

8.1. Subscription Plans

Calories Tracker offers the following subscription plans:

Monthly Premium: Auto-renewable subscription, billed every month
Yearly Premium: Auto-renewable subscription, billed every year
Lifetime Premium: One-time purchase, permanent access with no renewal

8.2. Payment & Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Prices are displayed in your local currency within the app. Actual prices may vary by region

8.3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase

8.4. Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

8.5. Refunds

Refund policy follows the respective app store's regulations. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate terms. You can also delete your account anytime on the account deletion page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts.
